Outside Dhaka: ৳120
The delivery fee is charged once per order.
Buying multiple products does not automatically multiply the standard delivery charge.
Example:
2 soaps inside Dhaka = ৳70 delivery
2 soaps outside Dhaka = ৳120 delivery

We aim to deliver across Bangladesh.
Depending on location and availability, orders may be delivered through:

- Pathao Courier
- eCourier
- Sundarban Courier
- Paperfly
- Other appropriate courier providers
6. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of:
- Destination
- Courier workload
- Weather
- Holidays
- Transportation
- Public events
- Operational circumstances
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Order Verification
We may contact customers before dispatch to verify:

- COD order
If an order cannot reasonably be verified, we may delay or cancel dispatch.
8. Cash on Delivery
COD may be available for eligible orders.
COD availability is not guaranteed for every order.

9. Advance Delivery Fee
Certain orders may require the delivery fee to be paid in advance.

Outside Dhaka: ৳120
The remaining eligible product amount may be payable by COD where supported.
